ANOTHER CHANCE FOR LOVE

The only way I can describe our journey that brought us together is to start this story 2 years before we actually met in person, in May 2008. I had been married in the UK for 30 years but was cut short by the sudden death of my wife, she was 49 years old. This led to a space that no one should have to see or go to. After nearly 2 years of despair a friend told me to have a look online at some dating agencies, I did not like the idea but at that time curiosity got the better of me and I joined a few sites, god what an eye opener that turned out to be... Suffice to say after a few months later I got a bit fed up with it and decided to close them all down.

Once again curiosity got in so i had one more look at a particular site, gazing at the photos on display but not really taking any notice, suddenly out of the blue a photo seemed to literally jump out at me and my late wife’s face in my head showed a big smile this was on the 8th of May 2010. my heart was pounding with nervousness, The photo was of Lory (Pipay), I sent her mail to say hello and she responded, after a little while we started communicating on Skype I knew somehow there was a connection between us but was afraid to ask if she felt anything, it was only after a few months of constant communicating, and I mean constant, every single day for literally hours, the least was 8 hours a day, as well as Skype, Yahoo, telephone, text, letters.

We were becoming more and more comfortable with each other as the hours and days, weeks, months passed and began to talk about how we really felt about each other. Lory asked me when I was coming over to meet her; all I could say is that as soon as i can get the fare together I will be with you. I had no money and no means of getting any my head went into a panic because  have found a great love and did not want to lose this connection to the woman I fell in love with

So how do I get to meet Lory, I am 58 years old and Lory is 55. Let me tell you here and now that love holds no boundaries or distance, the energy of love is universal and is the most powerful energy known. All my family, some friends were warning me off telling me about the dangers of distant relationships, their negativity was increasingly heavy. Let me tell you this which I discovered, everything was against me to be able to meet Lory and I did not know what to do, when there is nothing that you can physically do then do nothing, stand back and give the problem to the universe or to your god, I did.

Two weeks later a check arrived in the post for 200 pounds, overpaid annual gas bill, then I got the idea of selling a lot of the clutter we had gathered over the years at a boot fare so within a matter of weeks I had the fare and booked the flight for November 17^th  so I sent Lory a copy which made her very happy. Then I got offered a credit card from my bank. Opportunities seemed to be coming from everywhere.

Now I can go meet my Lory in Manila on the 18^th November 2010 which I did and it was pure magic, we were together for 21 days and I had to come back to the UK in December. After much discussion between us before I got the flight I decided to put my house up for sale, you know this is not always an easy task, but the universe was still with me and I was back in lorry’s arms on the 7^th of January 2011 and I am never going back to the UK. My Son and Daughter came round to the idea after they saw how happy I was and told me they were both glad and also that I was a pain in the butt to live with and a pain to live without. Lory and I got married on the 19 August 2011 and its now coming up for our first anniversary, we have been together for almost 2 years, yes there have been some trials and tribulations along the way but hey, that’s life………………Update, 25th September 2017, we have been together now for 7 years.........
